These images are of the progression of the brakes of the 964 during and after the maintenance.


These are the old calipers and pads. The vibration pucks are on top of the pads in this image.

The calipers as they were taken off of the rotors. Notice how beaten up and chipped the top caliper is.



Front right wheel well with drilled rotor.


This is the driver's side rear rotor before being replaced. The caliper is still attached.




The calipers after powder coating. They had to be taken apart to be coated. The brake pistons had to be removed and then calipers rebuilt.


The "PORSCHE" template is attached to the caliers.


The calipers are masked off.


Multiple coats of white, high gloss, high temperature spray paint is used to spray the "PORSCHE" back onto the calipers.


The rebuilt calipers are attached to the front calipers.




This is one of my new rear rotors, my newly rebuilt, powder coated calipers are attached. The center of the rotor contains brake shoes that are attached to the brake lever in the center console.
